LEAD: Female Accelerator is our small-group leadership cohort for high-potential women ready to grow as confident, strategic leaders. Through facilitated sessions, peer learning, guided reflection, and real-world application, participants strengthen their leadership identity, expand their influence, and leave with a personalized leadership impact plan.
