Diapers to Desk™: Navigating Motherhood and Career with Confidence
This E-learning includes 12 self-paced video lessons, downloadable workbooks, planning guides, and practical resources to support you before leave, during leave, and after your return to work.

How to use it:
- Go at your own pace
- Revisit videos as needed
- Use the tools when they are most relevant to your season
Recommended timing:
- Before Leave: Start early in pregnancy or as soon as you begin planning for leave
- During Leave: Watch once you’re home with baby, ideally around weeks 2–4, and use the return-planning content about 2 weeks before going back
- After Return: Begin the B.A.L.A.N.C.E. videos about 2 weeks after returning to work, once you’ve had time to settle in and notice what support you need
Diapers to Desk: Community Circles
The Diapers to Desk Community Circle is designed to provide real-time support, connection, and space to work through what’s coming up as you navigate the realities of working motherhood.
Whether you're preparing for leave, currently on leave, planning your return, newly back at work, or simply navigating the ongoing challenge of balancing career and family, this circle offers a place to pause, reflect, and learn alongside others who understand the journey.
Each session follows our simple ABC framework:
A – Ask : Bring your questions, challenges, and current realities.
B – Build: Strengthen your skills, explore practical tools, and reinforce key concepts from the Diapers to Desk program.
C – Connect: Learn from others, share experiences, and build meaningful connections with women navigating similar seasons.
These sessions are intentionally flexible, allowing us to address what's most relevant to the group while providing practical guidance, shared learning, and actionable next steps.
