LEAD - Female Accelerator 

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Landry Training Women’s Leadership Institute and begin the LEAD: Female Accelerator experience.

This cohort is designed to help you grow with confidence, clarity, and connection as you strengthen your leadership identity, expand your influence, and build a plan for meaningful impact.

Because LEAD is intentionally small and highly interactive, each participant will complete a brief interview before enrollment is finalized. This helps us ensure the program is the right fit for your current leadership season, goals, and experience level, while also protecting the quality of the cohort experience for everyone involved.

Over the course of the program, you’ll engage in guided learning, practical leadership tools, peer accountability, and real-world application designed to help you lead more intentionally and strategically.

The next LEAD cohort will meet virtually for seven live, facilitator-led sessions. Each session is 90 minutes of interactive leadership development, reflection, and application. Participants should plan to block two hours on their calendar for each session to allow time for post-session follow-up, notes, and action planning.

• Sept. 10 — LEAD Session 1: Leadership Identity & Strengths
• Sept. 24 — LEAD Session 2
• Oct. 8 — LEAD Session 3
• Oct. 22 — LEAD Session 4
• Nov. 5 — LEAD Session 5
• Nov. 19 — LEAD Session 6
• Dec. 3 — LEAD Capstone Session

All sessions are live and virtual and will begin at 11am CST.
