Program Overview

LEAD: Female Accelerator is a virtual, small-group leadership cohort designed to help women strengthen their leadership capabilities, expand their influence, and prepare for the next level of impact.

Participants move through a practical leadership journey focused on self-awareness, communication, influence, strategic thinking, resilience, and continuous growth.

The Cohort Program includes:

• 7 live virtual sessions

• 90 minutes of facilitated leadership development per session

• Participants are encouraged to block a full 2 hours to allow time for post-session reflection, follow-up, and action planning 

• A workshop-style experience with discussion, reflection, tools, and real-world application

• Participant workbook, leadership assessments, reflection exercises, and action planning resources

This is a workshop, not a lecture. Participants should come prepared to engage, reflect, discuss, and apply the work to real leadership situations.
